Jim Tuttle called the meeting to order at 8 p.m.
Old Business
Minutes - December 4, 2002
MOTION: Mr. McGettigan moved to approve the 12/4/02 minutes as written.
Mr. Tuttle seconded and
all were in favor.
1. Sam Proctor, Jr.: Mr. Herlihy will contact the Town attorney with
revised wording for the contract.
2. Water Shutoffs: Mr. McGettigan will do the shutoffs on February
7th.
3. Security fencing, including gates, around the dam will be done by
Gate City Fencing as soon as the snow
melts.
4. Water System Emergency Plan: Mr. Herlihy will meet with the other
commissioners to get this done. It is
due March 15th.
5. Water Classes. Brian Adams will take the training so that he and
Dennis Maki and Mr. McGettigan will all
be licensed to take care of the water system.
6. Second River Crossing. No headway has been made with Guilford Transportation
re: request for directional
boring. No plans to move ahead at this time.
7. Completed projects/items:
Trees cut @ new reservoir.
Bill Town for materials used in police station water installation.
Find out what $2,400 charge from Efficiency Production, Inc. in the
new equipment line item was for.

FUTURE PROJECTS
Come up with revised rules & regs after reviewing those of Milford,
Merrimack, Peterborough & Greenville. These to include standardized
costs for bringing new service to residences and businesses as well as
costs for meter installations, among other things.
