On the agenda for the
next meeting is a request by Martha Greene to subdivide their 20.5 acre property located at 194 Curtis Farm Road. We looked at the
map and there does not seem to be anything of extra concern to the
Commission. Spencer will attend the next
meeting.
- Planning Board: Need to continue to follow New
Spartan Properties Riverwalk Cluster
Subdivision, and Westview Farms (Ben
Holt Land)
subdivision. New items of possible
interest to the Commission are an application by Jerry Greene and New
Spartan properties for a lot line adjustment, and an application by J.
Priscilla Bergeron to subdivide a lot she owns on Marden Road. Les mentioned there are some wetlands on
that lot so we should pay attention to that one.

of some of the trails on the Heald Tract and
gave them to Spencer.
- Miscellaneous: No new activity on any of the usual
items.
- Miscellaneous: Lynne mentioned that at the last
Planning Board meeting, Jim
Tuttle,
in his capacity as Water Commission Chairman, approached her regarding the
fact that the Water Commission is looking into purchasing a lot on Route
31 South near the Town Well (for wellhead protection), and they would like
to talk with us about this. It was decided to invite Jim
to
the August meeting to have him explain this to us. Lynne will contact Jim.
