Present: Chairman, William Condra, Selectmen Richard Rockwood, Steven McDonough and Recording Secretary Pam Atwood

The meeting was called to order at 2:10 PM.

The Board began reviewing the five proposals submitted for engineering services for the Old Wilton Reservoir Dam.

Charlie McGettigan suggested that the Selectmen try not to spend too much money on this project.

The Board members continued to compare the proposals and narrowed the choice down to 4 firms.

It was decided to hold a special meeting on Tuesday June 8 beginning at 1:30 P.M. and inviting the following four firms to come in at ½ hour intervals to answer questions about their proposals:
Wright-Pierce
Provan & Lorber
DuBois & King
The H.L. Turner

A motion was made and seconded with a unanimous vote to adjourn the meeting at 2:45 P.M. with all in favor.
