1) Stanley Young attended the meeting to ask the Board if the Warrant Article for making Dwight a Scenic Road had been written.  He presented the Board the following Warrant Article:

The abutters of Dwight Road will be notified by mail of the proposed Warrant Article.

2) Spencer Brookes and Nicole Griffin attended the meeting to discuss plans they have for a Community Garden to be placed at the corner of Whiting Hill and Hillside Roads.  The proposed garden would be under the Conservation Commission Management Plan.  Nicole presented a plan of how the plots would be laid out and a list of guidelines that would be used for individuals planting gardens.  They are also proposing that some of the produce would be donated to the food pantry.  The Board stated that they would support the project.
