Present: Steven McDonough, Chair; Daniel Donovan, III; Charles McGettigan; Dawn Tuomala; Alex Loverme; Allison Meltzer; Roger Ladouceur; Trent McDonald; Nicole Colvin-Griffin; Amy Wood; Nelson Stearns

The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. by Steve McDonough.

Steve McDonough and Dan Donovan discussed concerns with the members about costs to the Town of ongoing maintenance and utilities of the building(s).

Discussion turned to forming a committee to pursue a Community Center to benefit all ages. The feeling shared by many was that this is a great opportunity to provide the Town with this service.

The next meeting was scheduled for Tuesday, October 18^th at 7:00 P.M.

It was decided that a meeting would be scheduled for Tuesday, November 1^st at 7:00 P.M. at the Church for townspeople feedback.

Before that meeting, Steve McDonough and Alison Meltzer are to meet with the Fire Chief and Building Inspector to identify potential upgrades to the Church building such as sprinklers and electrical service.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:245 P.M.
