Meeting was cancel for July 21, 2010 due conflicts of times.

Two family plots were researched at the request of the families.

Doreece has started to input data into the cemetery software.  This is a time consuming process.

There was discussion on grave lots at the four cemeteries. We are looking into half lots for cremation burials. Brian Adams and Dave Boissonnault will measure out an area at Laurel Hill to see if there is room to place half lots dedicated to cremation burials.

Discussed areas at Vale End for single grave purchases starting at 2-13 Section B, South Yard starting at Grave 10, Row 1, Mount Calvary single graves are available.

Next meeting August 18, 2010 @ Town Hall - 7 pm. to familiarize with old documents of the cemeteries.
