The minutes of June 24, 2009 were accepted with minor correction to date of next meeting.
• Discussion Items
    o Trustees agreed to send a letter of appreciation along with returning the $900 payment to the Tuttle family as they returned a lot to the town that they no longer   require. The stones currently on the lot will be moved to the designated location no later than August 10, 2009.
    o After reviewing the price for a cemetery lot of several communities in our area, the Trustees decided to increase the price of a single lot to $300 to be effective on September 1, 2009. Anyone who has concerns about the change in price is welcome to present their concerns at the next meeting of the Cemetery Trustees.
    o Update on Mt. Calvary- Doreece has not received a new letter from the Diocese of Manchester to clarify who is eligible to be buried in Mt. Calvary.
The next meeting will be Tuesday, August 18th, 2009, at the Town Hall Office at 7 PM.
