Present: Richard Rockwood, John Hutchinson, Steve Elliott, Brian Adams, John Sullivan and Doreece Miller

This meeting was held to address questions regarding charges to the Diocese of Manchester for maintenance of Mt. Calvary Cemetery.  Information was heard about the income and expense side from the town.  John Sullivan, as lawyer for the Diocese, will present the idea (to the Diocese) of a yearly payment to the Town of Wilton for 5 years.  This figure will then be reviewed at that time to see if adjustments need to be made.  Mr. Sullivan will send a draft agreement to the Selectmen and the Trustees for review.  The decision will come from the Selectmen.

The question of who could be buried in Mt. Calvary was also addressed in reference to the statement from a previous meeting.  Clarification and a new letter of authorization will be sent from the Diocese.
