The minutes of December 9, 2008 were accepted.

The trustees approved payment of the HMIS bill presented, after Doreece verifies the functions included on the bill were part of our purchase.
The Trustees discussed the current Rules and Regulations. Green burials were discussed but tabled until additional information can be presented on the specifications of the required vault. The Trustees agreed to refer to use the term “grave” to define a single lot within the Rules and Regulation. The change in the language is intended to eliminate any confusion over the maximum number of gravesites a resident can purchase without a review by the Trustees. Before the next meeting, the Trustees will survey the current cost of a gravesite in local cemeteries

The next meeting will be Tuesday, February 17th, 2009, at the Town Hall Office at 7 PM.
