New Business:  Doreece Miller is chair, Maureen Donovan is clerk.

The trustees held a very brief meeting and made of list of some items to discuss at the next meeting.

The cemetery meeting was adjourned to meet with the Budget Committee to discuss the cemetery budget for 2009.

The next meeting will be Tuesday, January 13th, at the Wilton Town Hall at 7PM.
