Mark Whitehill, representing the Budget Committee, reviewed the budget for 2009, with the trustees and custodian. Some clarifications and adjustments were made.

The trustees agreed to purchase additional tech support time through HMIS for trustee training of the cemetery software.

There is a memorial infant section at the Laurel Hill Cemetery.  Cornerstones will be placed to mark the boundaries.

The next meeting date is to be determined.
