Present:  All Trustees and Charles McGettigan

The minutes of June 23 were accepted as presented.

The Trustees reviewed the proposed letter intended to notify lot owners of a violation of a Cemetery Rules and Regulations.  The Trustees approved the letter subject to minor changes.  Letters will be sent to lot owners identified at South Yard and Laurel Hill, once the letter is completed.

The Trustees approved payment of the Invoices presented by Monadnock Survey, Inc. for approved survey work done at Laurel Hill.

Mr. McGettigan was recognized and discussed his concerns over the survey work completed at Laurel Hill.  It is his belief that the Trustee’s concerns over the layout of the lots are not as bad as were presented.  He plans to connect with Dawn Tuomala of Monadnock Survey to discuss.

The Trustees have heard concerns over the paint condition of the cemetery shed. Before the next meeting we will ask Steve Elliot for his assessment.

The next meeting will be Monday September 15th, at Wilton Town Hall at 7 PM.
