The minutes of June 2nd were accepted as presented.

After discussion, we clarified, per the RSA Section 290:5, that a disinterment permit is not needed for movement within the same cemetery.

Only Laurel Hill Cemetery, Denny section, has single graves.  We are continuing to get clarification of the available spaces in the cemeteries.
Flat markers are required in the Denny section of Laurel Hill and the newer area of South Yard.  These restrictions will need to be clear when someone makes a purchase and will be worded as such in the Right to Inter.

Maureen will continue to work on the letter of compliance.  Doreece and Maureen will go to Vale End and South Yard to begin a list of owners who will be sent a letter of compliance.

The next meeting will be Monday, August 11th, at the Wilton Town Hall at 7PM.
