PRESENT:    Maureen and Doreece

The minutes of February 25th were accepted as presented.

We reviewed the action items that require attention.

The HMIS software for cemeteries has been installed on the office computer.  Doreece will learn the program from Jim and then be able to update the software information.

We will ask Steve, custodian of the cemeteries, to attend the next meeting to update the trustees on actions planned for 2008.  Also, does the town want to handle the placement of small stones?  Labor and materials would be charged to family.

We acknowledged that we need to have a discussion on the pricing of lots.  The prices should be in line with the surrounding towns.  Some research needs to be done.

The next meeting will be April 14th at the Wilton Town Hall at 7PM.
