PRESENT:    All trustees.

The beginning of the meeting was held answering some questions the Town of Wilton Selectmen had about Mount Calvary Cemetery.

The minutes of Jan 14, 2007 were accepted as presented.

The bill (HB1542) about ‘green burials’ that was held earlier in January in the NH Legislature was deemed “INEXPEDIENT TO LEGISLATE”.

Jim drafted a write-up for the 2007 town report, which he presented to the board.  With some rewording, the document is ready to submit.  Jim will email it to the town office.

Maureen presented the final version of the Duties and Responsibilities of the Cemetery Trustees.  She will email this to Doreece to be posted on the website.

The next meeting will be Feb.18th at the Wilton Town Hall at 7PM.
