The minutes of October 16th were accepted.

A Public Session was held on Nov. 13th to present the new Rules and Regulations for the Wilton managed cemeteries.  A couple people were present.  A notice of the new cemetery rules was published in the Milford Cabinet on Thursday, November 30th.  Copies are available at the town office.

Steve Elliott will see that the Rules and Regulations are posted at each cemetery.

Doreece attended the Budget Committee meeting on Nov. 28th and explained that the increase in supplies is for lime.  The trustees have received many complaints during 2006 about the condition of the land at the cemeteries.  We were advised that the soil needs to be built up before seed can be added.  Voting at the Budget meeting was deferred; we will get another chance to state our case.

We recognized the need to update the cemetery deeds reflecting the new Rules and Regulations.  We will ask for advice from Dan Donovan, a Wilton Selectmen and a lawyer.

Using the RSA’s for NH cemeteries, Maureen will begin compiling a list of the duties of cemetery trustees.  We hope to work on the list at our next meeting.
