1. The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m.

2. Jerry Greene was not present so we were unable to receive information from the Selectmen regarding the status of the emergency communications contract and the Wilton-Lyndeborough-Temple Ambulance Service and could we could not receive information regarding the status of the Fire Department building plans. Joyce Fisk said that the Florence Rideout Elementary School Board had discussed the issues of a growing student population and space limitations but that major solutions were not likely to be found for the next fiscal year.

3. While the committee has received some of the major departmental budgets they need to be reviewed in a future meeting.

4. There was a motion to approve a budget request of $1,500.00 from Nashua Area Health Center. In the discussion that followed the committee tabled the motion to allow time to find out more about this service and if we had funded them in prior years. The budget will be moved and discussed at the next meeting of the Budget Committee.
