Present: Donald Davidson, Joyce Fisk (School Board Member), Jerry Greene (Selectmen Representative), Cary Hughes (Chair), William Keefe, Daniel Levesque, Donald McGettigan, David Tierney, Mark Whitehill

Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m.

Florence Rideout Elementary School Budget Presentation was made by the School Board. A budget of $2,622,659.00 was passed and approved. The capital reserve warrant articles were approves as well.

The Conservation Commission met with the committee regarding the process of going through the steps for a Bond Issue hearing. This is ultimately an issue for the Selectmen and they need to call a Public Hearing on the proposal.

Ambulance Service Budget Request was not taken up at this meeting.

Highway Department Budget Discussion and Vote originally scheduled became a discussion as the committee voted to reopen the request. After much discussion the motion was made to approve a budget of $350,000.00. After further discussion the motion was tabled until the next meeting so that actual expenses from last year could be reviewed.

As the committee had gone to 9:30 p.m. a motion to adjourn was made and accepted with the understanding that we would have to finish all budget requests at the next meeting.
