| The Town of Wilton is currently
undergoing a program to maintain the assessing database. Representatives
from the Assessor’s office will be visiting 20% of the properties in Town
to verify the physical data. This includes verifying all interior and exterior
features.
The values that were established during the 2006 revaluation will not change unless required to satisfy NH State Law. The only thing that will cause a change in value is the correction of an error in the listing data. All taxpayers in the Town of Wilton are encouraged to visit the Town Offices to view the property record card during regular office hours. Your co-operation is greatly appreciated.
